I’ve been sick this week, but now I’m in The Hamptons and the fresh air has made me feel so much better. This morning on the Jitney I watched Picnic at Hanging Rock, then I spent the rest of the day lying on a swan pool toy on the pool reading The Virgin Suicides and Vogue. It was such a perfect afternoon!
I can’t believe today is the last day of June. June to me is like a month of freedom where you don’t have to worry about the summer going by too fast and you get to look forward to all the summer plans. And July is all about THE FOURTH OF JULY. And The Fourth of July is all about how you’re going to rock the red white and blue spirit. (Okay it’s about freedom and independence too, but you know what I mean.) So instead of stressing, I’ll help you pull together a rockin’ (I did just say rockin’) American representin’ (I did just say representin’) outfit.
